Hello friends!
It's another Recipe Challenge over at PaperWorksCo today and part of the recipe is to use a 'summertime' image. And who doesn't like to swing at the park with their friends during the summer!
This gorgeous image is from RAM. I tried something a little different with my colouring ... I used my copic Toner Greys to colour the majority of the image and then injected some colour for the teddy bear and bird - how do you like it? I like the effect it gives.
The rest of the card is pretty simple. I used this fabulous dotty kraft paper from Jilli Bean Soup and embossed the small retro flower with a polka dot folder. The ribbon, button and gem are from my own stash.
I hope you can head over to the blog and check out my fellow DT Janet's recipe card for today too! And don't forget, these are challenges that you can join in with too and get entered to win some free PWCO stamps!
Right, we're off strawberry picking! Mmmmm .... can't wait to eat some local fresh-picked strawberries! Have a great day everyone!
Hugs,
Danielle x

You get to work with the cutest images Danielle! I DO like the copic toners you worked with. The brown and the soft blue is so nice together with the polka dot ribbon and the button. VERY cute!
I need to get going and get my strawberries too...I want to make strawberry jam! Half the time I eat more then goes into the basket! Hope it wasn't too hot out there.
What a goorgeous card Danielle,I love the image and your papers.
