A Magical Valentine Monday!

Good Morning Friends!
I hope this Monday morning finds you all well. Here we are already the first of February - can you believe that!! So, I bring you another Magical Monday with Paper Cupcake images. Today is 'I Heart You' - isn't this just the cutest teddy bear??
My DT sister, Sue Walsh, brings us our challenge this week. She wants us to use this image from Paper Cupcakes " I Heart You" and she would like to see the image used on a Valentine gift tag with some stitching somewhere on it. (Stitching can be done with thread or also can be hand drawn).
I used Distress Inks to colour in the teddy and added some additional distressing to the edges of the paper. The dp is Magnolia which I stitched onto the tag. The XO is an MS border punch - it's so fun!! The button is a brad and then I added a linen thread bow to the top for extra detail.
Now, there's a little story that goes with the sentiment. I thought to put this extra-small sentiment in the heart - it's perfect. When I stamped it, only half the sentiment came out - darn! Well, I figured I would try and re-stamp it, thinking all along how difficult & almost an impossible task that would be. Just to show how clear my head/hands/body has become since my detox, I re-stamped it perfectly - like absolutely spot on. Wow - that's a first for me, believe me!! It was quite a moment!
Anyways, enough of the waffle! I hope you can pop over to There's Magic in the Air and grab this sweet 'I Heart You' image and join in with this weeks challenge. Thanks for stopping by today - hopefully I'll get a chance to do a bit of crafting this morning whilst all the boys are at school! Have a great day and thanks for all the comments you leave - they really lift my spirits!
Hugs,
Danielle x

Hi Danielle! LOVE your tag! That MS punch at the bottom is so much fun on it! And girl, howEVER did you stamp a do-over in the same exact place? You are certainly my daily hero!!! Great tag, darlin'!!!

This so cute Danielle! I love the idea of a Valentines tag! Love all the stitching and the image is so adorably coloured in distress inks! Did you use watercolour paper for stamping the image? I can't believe that you were able to fix that little problem you had...I would never have been able to accomplish that! Great way to start a Monday!
