Desk Caddy & Notepad

Hi and welcome to my Free for All day again for PaperWorksCo!  Today I'm focusing on stamp-free projects as I wanted to focus on all the gorgeous papers that Peggy has in the store.  Also, I am a huge paper hoarder and I figured I need to stop stroking them and start using them instead, LOL!!!

So I've had this fabulous desk caddy tutorial sitting around for ages and finally decided to give it a go!  Oh boy was it ever easy - 12x12 cardstock with 2 12x12 designer papers, some folds and there you have it!  Seriously, it's that easy!  I chose these pretty papers from Basic Grey's Euphoria collection.

Now I have followed the tutorial but I think I will tweak it a bit more and make a divider that I can place at the bottom so the desk items will have support when they sit inside the caddy and not fall into the caddy so much.

Next I made a matching notepad still using paper from the Euphoria collection.  I used my Cricut to cut out the word NOTES and punched these small retro flowers with a leftover piece of designer paper from the desk caddy.  A gem bling in each of their centers finishes off the look to this notepad.

My visitors are now gone and my house is somewhat back to normal!!  We had a fabulous time with them but the house now needs to get back to some sort of a routine - looking forward to school starting up again in 2 weeks to be honest!  Thanks for stopping by and paying me a visit - I really do appreciate your time and your comments!  I'm off the blog hop for a bit!

Don't forget the PWCO Summer Ultimate Challenge is now done and voting has begun - make sure you get over there to place your votes and make sure your favourite team wins!  :)

Hugs,
Danielle x
