Some thank you cards

Good morning peeps!

I had a very quiet week this past week ... hardly touched my craft desk!  I think my mojo has been suffering with seasonal allergies too, LOL!

Anyways, I just wanted to share a couple of CAS male thank you cards that I was recently asked to make.  I enjoyed going back to a basic design without using a coloured image ... sure makes for quick cards!!    The stamped 'Thank You' I found in the $1 bin at Michaels and I pulled out my cuttlebug embossing folders to add lots of texture and interest.  I tried to keep the colours quite masculine. I am going to enter this first card into the CAS challenge over at 'Moving Along with the Times'.

Thanks for stopping by today!  Hopefully I'll get some time to blog hop today and do some well-needed catch up on all your blogs and commenting!  I always appreciate your visits and especially the time you take to leave a comment.  Be sure to come back tomorrow for my PaperWorksCo 'Anything But a Card' Sunday posting!  Until then ...

Hugs,
Danielle x

Two wonderful thank-you cards Danielle. I love the embossing you incorporated in the background. Gorgeous colours for both...The browns make it look so rich and the teal so pretty! Hope your allergies let up soon.

It is nice to go back every now and then to a simpler style isn't it? I think I may have to dig out my cuttlebug folders! These are just lovely.
