I had some time to stamp today and managed to do the Magnolia Down Under challenge this week - A Baby is Born! Had to really think about this one as I don't have any baby images from Magnolia stamps but I had received this image from sweet Linda and knew it would work perfectly!
I used papers from my K&Co pack and coloured the hobby horse image with my copics. I added Diamond stickles to the horse's mane and tail to make it sparkle for that special baby girl card! I sewed the paper panels to add extra detail and used the MS doily punch. Two prima flowers with matching buttons and twine finish the card. I used a simple 'baby' sentiment.
I hope you like what I've done for the challenge! Thanks for coming by and leaving a comment - you know how much I appreciate it! :)
Hugs,
Danielle x

Hiya Danielle, gorgeous card, this is one cute horse! love the punch along the bottom too. Wishing your son all that I wish my daughter with his first communion, we havent got lots of people coming as we keep everything quite small but I think that may make their day a little bit special. Joey.xxx

Hi Danielle - I love this little horse - it's on my wish list!! You've made me bump it up closer to the top! LOVE what you've done with it - it's great to see how creative people can be when they don't have the "right" stamps - this is soooo right for this challenge!

Beautiful card! I love the Stickles glitter!
This is adorable. I had not seen that horse before-- it's a cutie! Love the stitching, I tried to learn to sew (only on cards, mind you) and bought a little Janome... I traded it for an Ott Light with a friend!!!
Love the horse, fits perfectly. a baby card with a difference. Thanks for playing along.
